OUR PROJECTS

The station is approximately 33,000 square feet with a 6,000 square foot maintenance building, detention facility, and heliport. The project required significant offsite infrastructure including: street widening, water line extension, utility relocations, and
dry utility extensions. We were involved with the project at the conceptual stage, managed the CEQA and entitlement process, managed all civil design, provided bid and construction
support for all civil improvements, and we managed civil construction support operations for onsite improvements as well as offsite infrastructure improvements.

Mission Village is a vibrant neighborhood within the Fivepoint Valencia Newhall Ranch development, showcasing our commitment to innovative civil engineering. The Wilmington Waterfront Promenade project delivers a revitalized public waterfront for the Wilmington community through a $70.8 million redevelopment effort.
The project includes a new community park near Banning’s Landing Community Center, a waterfront promenade, public pier and floating dock, supporting site improvements, utilities, and roadway enhancements along Water Street, along with public amenities and future development space.
